Mountain Baldy – Breckenridge, Colorado

Follow the track log from Route 9 in Breckenridge to Bores Pass Road. This is a very scenic and spectacular trail. When I drove this trail in mid July I saw the largest wild flower fields in all of my offroading trips. The trail passes by transmission wires. The trail to the towers is easy and suitable for some automobiles and any 4WD vehicle. High clearance 4WD capability is required beyond the towers. The trail goes up for anyone who may want to hike. The views are wonderful. Return the same way you came up.
